Does my Company need to comply with Workplace Safety & Health Act?
Yes! In fact all companies are affected and required to comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Act since the extension in September 2011. Under the schedule of Risk Management, all companies are required to do the following -
1. Conduct Risk Assessment of all the work activities
2. Control and monitor such risks
3. Communicate these risks to the persons involved.
